Let's start ourselves off today with a vitamin cocktail - that sounds wrong when we are talking about a lunch belonging to a child, so I'll just stick to my vitamin pile. In case you are ever wondering my kids get Vitamin D everyday, Vitamin C, a Multivitamin and a Probiotic and then tons of essential oils and we remain pretty healthy for the most part - that's a whole other topic. For lunch today we've got some organic orange slices, a whole wheat bagel with organic peanut butter and organic grape jelly, a small 'pile' of garbanzo beans, a dollop of organic applesauce, organic apple slices, and a whole lot of love.
